Recently on bartonhaynes.com, I published a post showcasing photos and information about Cycling in California. It’s no secret that my city, San Diego, boasts year round sunshine and miles of pavement perfect for cyclists of any background. The same is true for many other parts of California. The sunshine state truly is a bicycle lover’s paradise.
Earlier this year, I published a post titled “2017 Races for Beginners” under my “Ask Bart Haynes” posts. Here, I shared a list of races perfect for those who are just starting out in the cycling world. Today, I’m going to share a similar list, but this time of races for cyclists of any level taking place across the state of California. Since we’re already almost through April, I’ll go ahead and list races from May until the end of the year. My hope is that cyclists will be able to use this list to plan for an upcoming race this summer, fall, or winter.
